Brie Larson

BrieBrianne Sidonie Desaulniers born on the 1st of October, 1989, is an American actress. Her supporting roles in comedy as a teen were her forte, but she has gone on to be a star in major blockbusters and independent films. Larson has been awarded several awards which include the Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people around the globe in 2019.At age 6, Larson was the youngest pupil admitted to a specialized program at the American Conservatory Theater, and she began her career as an actor in 1998 with the comedy sketch of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. In 2001, she appeared as the main character on Raising Dad. She also briefly pursued a career in music with the release of the album titled Finally Out Of P.E. in 2005. Larson appeared in supporting roles in the comedy movies Hoot (2006) as well as Scott Pilgrim vs. The World (2010) and 21 Jump Street (2012). In 2009, Larson also appeared as a sardonic teenager named Tara in the tv series United States of Tara (2009-2011). Larson continued to take on supporting roles in The Spectacular Here (2013) and Trainwreck (2015). Larson was nominated for the Academy Award as Best Actress for her performance as a kidnapping suspect in the dramatic Room (2015). The 2017 adventure film Kong: Skull Island marked her debut big-budget film, and she then starred as Captain Marvel in the Marvel Cinematic Universe which began with Captain Marvel (2019).
