That same year she debuted her first album Know It All, the song Scars to Your Beautiful ranked at the Billboard Hot 100 and Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200. The track was also one of the five original songs. In an interview that Cara did together with Rap Up, this song had a lot in the minds of many people who listened to her personal story of accepting and loving yourself. Cara's music often contains positive message about mental health and the importance of loving oneself. She's been in the midst of anxiety and insomnia that has influenced her music.
